- Condition: The products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns on opened or used items unless they are defective or damaged.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain products, including but not limited to, gift cards, personalized items, and clearance or final sale items, are not eligible for return.
2. How to Return an Item
To return an item, follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@kingbina.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
- Package the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging. Be sure to include any documentation or accessories that came with the product.
- Shipping: Ship the product back to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.
3. Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Refund Amount: Your refund will include the purchase price of the returned item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part.
- Partial Refunds: If the returned item is damaged, used, or missing parts, we may issue a partial refund based on the condition of the product.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process. You may exchange a product for a different size, color, or similar item, provided it meets the return eligibility criteria. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged during shipping:
- Report the Issue: Contact our customer service team within 5 business days of receiving the damaged or defective item. Include photos of the damaged product and packaging if possible.
- Resolution: We will provide you with a replacement product, a full refund, or an alternative solution, depending on the circumstances.
- Shipping Costs: In the case of a defective or damaged item, we will cover the cost of return shipping and send you a prepaid return label.
6. Late Returns
